Membership

Memberships are subject to the current membership agreement and pricing in effect at the time of enrollment.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and payment information.

Membership fees, billing schedules, cancellations, freezes, and other membership policies are governed by the membership agreement signed during enrollment.

Facility Rules

Members and guests agree to follow all posted gym rules and staff instructions.

Failure to follow facility rules, including unauthorized entry, allowing non-members into the facility, misuse of equipment, or behavior that threatens the safety of others, may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Gulf Coast Muscle reserves the right to charge applicable policy violation fees where permitted under the membership agreement.

Payments

Members authorize Gulf Coast Muscle or its payment processor to collect membership fees and other authorized charges according to their membership agreement.

Failed or declined payments may result in additional fees, suspension of access, or cancellation of membership.

Assumption of Risk

Exercise and physical activity involve inherent risks.

By using our facilities, members voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise and use of gym equipment.

Members should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulf Coast Muscle shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from use of the facility, participation in activities, or use of equipment, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
