What is FitMethod?
FitMethod is our small group private training classes designed to deliver muscle growth, strength, and body transformation. Every class is capped at six people so you get individualized coaching, proper form correction, and the intensity required to actually change your physique.
Each one-hour session focuses on progressive strength training using optimal equipment, with a heavy emphasis on legs and glutes. The goal is simple, build muscle, burn calories, and create visible results that last.
